Returning Student Move In
The move in day for students who are returning to CBU housing is Sunday, September 6th, 2026. Students will be required to attend the drive-thru check-in process from 9:00am

At the end of the semester or when moving out, you must officially complete the check-out
process. According to the Housing Agreement, your space is not considered vacant until
all steps
are complete.
How to Check Out Properly:
- Remove all personal belongings.
- Clean your living space so it matches its move-in condition (excluding normal wear
and
tear). - Confirm you are checking out of housing through the “My Bookings” page on the
Housing Portal
Improper Check-Out may result in additional charges (cleaning, damages, rekeying,
or improper
checkout fees).
Review all move-in and move-out instructions sent by Housing Services via Lancermail—this
will help you avoid unnecessary fines and ensure a smooth process.
