University Place apartments offer the widest array of living options for approximately 400 upperclassmen (freshmen are not eligible). This coed living area is divided into two sections — UP Men and UP Women — with apartment styles ranging from one-person studio apartments (in UP Men) to four-person townhomes.

Residents of University Place enjoy a lively community that offers many opportunities to connect, whether it be in their apartments or the outdoor BBQ spaces.

Each apartment comes fully furnished, including:

• Extra-long twin bed, desk, chair and two dressers per resident
• Couch, sofa chair, coffee table, bookcases and end table
• Kitchen table and chairs
