The Cottages Amenities
Cottages are a freshman living area, co-ed by building.
Each five-bedroom, three-bathroom unit accommodates up to nine residents and includes:
- Coed living separated by building
- Kitchenette and common area with refrigerator, stove/oven and sink
- In-unit laundry room
- Central A/C and heating
- Wireless internet and digital cable
- Overhead lighting
- Location near the engineering, music and James academic buildings
- Convenient access to the Palm
- Card-swipe access to units and bedrooms
CBU apartments and dorms come fully furnished. The Cottages include:
- Extra-long twin bed, desk, chair and two dressers per resident
- Dining table and chairs
- Loveseat sofa and armchair
