Submitting a Work Order
Repair and maintenance issues occurring in a resident’s room or apartment should be immediately reported by submitting an electronic work order.
To submit an electronic work order please complete the following steps:
- Go to InsideCBU on your computer or mobile device (https://insidecbu.calbaptist.edu)
- Click on the “Quick Links” tab located on the left side of the page
- Click on the “Student Housing Portal” link
- Log In to the CBU Housing Portal using your Student ID Number and Password
- Click on the “Maintenance” link near the top of the page
- Select “New Work Order” and completely fill out the work order request. Once finished click “Save & Continue”
An email confirmation will be sent to your LancerMail account once your work order has been submitted. If you need to update your work order you can follow the steps listed above and select “View/Modify” to make any necessary changes.
Please submit only one item per work order. If there are multiple issues to report, please submit additional work orders for each item.
