Faculty Portfolio Support
Faculty use the Watermark Faculty Success Portfolio system to record accomplishments throughout the year. These tutorials will help you navigate the system.
Login to the system using Single Sign On (SSO).
Watermark Faculty Success Portfolio Login
The screen should open to the Activities page.
If you are an administrator in the system, your page will open to an Administrator menu with "Your Resources." Use the menu across the top to select "Activities" to be able to enter your information.
Much of this information is generated by other systems at CBU. Double check to make sure it is accurate.
Curriculum Vita - Do not upload a different vita here. You will need to generate a vita from this system. That tutorial is below.
Education - Update your current education experience to prepare for a CV.
Work History - take some time each week to update this information. When you are done, you will be able to pull a curriculum vita as a report, which will be what you want to use here.
Archived Records - you can save your previous LiveText portfolios as PDFs. Then, upload them here, so all your prior documents are saved.
