This year, we celebrate 75 Years of Purpose at CBU! All alumni and their families are welcome back to their alma mater to reunite and explore CBU’s beautiful, expanding campus. Connect with classmates at our many reunion opportunities on Friday and Saturday. Check out the schedule for more information!

Special recognition for the following classes celebrating milestone anniversaries:

  • The Classes of 1954-1975 will be celebrating their Golden Lancer reunions at Homecoming 2026.
  • The Class of 1976 will be celebrating its 50-year reunion at Homecoming 2026.
  • The Class of 2001 will be celebrating its 25-year reunion at Homecoming 2026.
  • The Class of 2016 will be celebrating its 10-year reunion at Homecoming 2026.

How do I register?
Registration is open now! Register for Homecoming by visiting the registration page and filling out the appropriate form.

I'm a CBU student. Do I need to register? What about my friend that doesn’t attend CBU?
If you are a current CBU student and plan to attend the Homecoming Carnival, registration is required. Please use the separate “CBU Students” form located on the main registration page. If you are bringing a guest to the Homecoming Carnival, registration is required. Please use the separate “CBU Student Guests” form located on the main registration page.

What if I’m not an alum (or CBU student or student guest) and I want to register for the full weekend?
Please fill out the CBU Alumni & Family registration form and consider yourself part of the CBU family for the weekend!

Are there any paid activities?
General registration and most activities for Homecoming 2026 are completely free.

The School & College Lunch Mixer is a paid activity, but each registered guest will receive a $5 discount by showing the name badge received at check-in to the ADC cashier. This discount is only redeemable at the ADC for adults.

Where do I go when I first arrive on campus?
Upon your arrival on campus, we will have a check-in booth for you to visit and pick up your name badge for the weekend. Check-in is only required for your first day.

When and where is this event?
The Carnival will take place on Friday night of Homecoming weekend on the Front Lawn.
The Alumni Tent will also be on the Front Lawn during the same timeframe.

Who can attend this event?
The entire CBU community is welcome to register and attend the Carnival!
Alumni and their families are welcome to the Alumni Tent.

What is this event?
This family-friendly event will showcase dozens of classic carnival attractions, games, and rides, lighting up the night sky with a festive glow. Food available for purchase at a variety of gourmet food trucks. The CBU Family will gather while alumni reconnect with their alma mater in the Alumni Reunion Tent. Exclusive carnival-themed meal available at the Alumni Reunion Tent.

When and where is this event?
The Pregame Party will take place on Saturday of Homecoming weekend on the Dutton Plaza at the Fowler Events Center.
The Alumni Reunions Through the Decades will be on the Mission Hall Law during the same timeframe.

Who can attend this event?
The entire CBU community is welcome to attend the Pregame Party before the Men’s Basketball Game!
All alumni are invited to stop by the Alumni Reunion area for a private celebration exclusively for CBU alumni and their families.

What is this event?
Join all alumni and families before the Men’s Basketball Homecoming Game - attractions, face painting, music, and much more! Food is also available for purchase at a variety of gourmet food trucks.

This breakfast will take place on Saturday of Homecoming weekend in the Innovators Auditorium.

Who can attend this event?
This event will be celebrating all CBC Alumni (1954-1998) at this exclusive reunion with special recognition of alumni celebrating their 50th anniversary (Class of 1976) and Golden Lancers (Classes 1954-1975)!

This breakfast will take place on Saturday of Homecoming weekend in the Stamps Courtyard.

Who can attend this event?
All alumni that graduated from CBU between the years 1999-2025 and their families are encouraged to attend this fun activity.

What is this event?
This event kicks off a full day of connection, fun, and fond memories. Start your morning by reconnecting with friends over a delicious mini pancake breakfast with toppings, then enjoy some friendly competition with a game of cornhole.

This joyous event will take place on Saturday of Homecoming weekend in the Staples Room.

What is this event?
Join Dr. Bolin, Dean of the Shelby and Ferne Collinsworth School of Performing Arts, at our 7th annual Homecoming Hymn Sing. Prepare for lots of singing, praising, and memories you won’t want to forget!

When and where is this event?
All CBU Adventure Tours will be a shuttled activity around campus with multiple departure times. Meet at the Great Commission Plaza (by the Kugel) about 10 minutes before your registered time.

While we cannot promise that there will be walkups, you are welcome to check in at the Great Commission Plaza before departure time to see if there is a spot available!

Lunch on the Alumni Dining Commons Patio on the Saturday of Homecoming weekend.

What is this event?
Connect with fellow alumni, faculty, and staff from your school/college at this lunch mixer outside on the ADC Patio and grab your free alumni gift.

What is this event?
CBU Serves is a campus-wide focus inviting students, staff, and faculty to participate in service opportunities, allowing us to learn and practice what it means to "love God with all your heart, soul and mind" and to "love your neighbor as yourself" on our campus and in our community. Join us as we serve the community by participating in a Community Clean-Up Project with Keep Riverside Clean & Beautiful! Grab a coffee before you clean up!

CBU has relationships with several hotels in the area. Check out our website for a few recommendations.

Does CBU run an airport shuttle?
No, however…
CBU has a relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Follow the instructions on our website to plan for your personal car rental.
There are also ride share companies that do provide services from ONT and LAX (e.g. Lyft).

Where do I park?
Depending on what events you are coming to campus for…
