Magnolia Crossing
Magnolia Crossing apartments is the newest living area at CBU. The multi-story building offers spacious suite style housing for transfer and continuing residential students (freshmen are not eligible). Conveniently located adjacent to the campus, Magnolia Crossing features fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suites (2 students per room) complete with a living room, full kitchen, and dining area.
The gated apartment complex includes a variety of community and study spaces, onsite parking, and shuttle access to various CBU campus locations. Residents will enjoy spending time with friends in the comfortable lobby area, or hanging out in the outdoor community courtyard complete with BBQs.
Magnolia Crossing resident will also be able to use their meal plan at the grab-and-go food venue conveniently located in the lobby of the building.
Amenities
Magnolia Crossing apartments feature 2 or 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and 2 or 3 bathrooms. Each suite comes furnished with an extra-long twin bed, desk, desk chair and dresser for each student, as well as a dining table and chairs, sofa, coffee table, lamps, sofa chair and an end table for the suite.
