Living on-campus at California Baptist University carries with it a distinctive set of privileges and responsibilities. Our Residence Life staff are here to support you every step of the way:
- Resident Advisors (RAs) are student leaders who live in your community. They’ll get to know you personally, connect you with events and resources, and be a go-to support for both challenges and opportunities.
- Residence Directors (RDs) are full-time, live-in professionals who oversee each living area. They help create safe, supportive, and engaging communities while providing guidance for your personal and academic success.
If you are still on the fence about living on campus, research shows that students who live on campus are more likely to graduate and report a more meaningful college experience. Most of CBU's traditional undergraduate students choose to live in one of our many living areas and have found that living at CBU offers many rewards, one of which is the unique feeling that CBU is home.
Housing Services oversees the administration and daily operations of CBU’s residence halls and living areas, home to more than 3,500 undergraduate students. Our team partners with other campus departments to ensure that every living space is comfortable, safe, and supportive.
Each living area, whether you’re a first-year student or an upperclassman, has its own unique character, traditions, and design, all working together to create a strong campus community.
