CBU's housing communities provide students with unique opportunities to enhance their personal growth and development as they progress through their college years. Each living area, whether for first-year students or upperclassmen, has its own distinctive character, traditions, and design that work together to create a strong campus community.

Housing Services is responsible for the overall administration and operation of CBU's Residence Halls and Living areas which are home to approximately 3500 undergraduate students. Housing Services works in coordination with several campus departments to provide and maintain comfortable and safe living environments.
