An International Admissions Intern can expect to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, cross-cultural and goal-driven work environment while playing an integral role in the administrative and communication needs of the office.

Internship Description
International Admissions Interns play an important role in the daily operations of International Admissions. The position will include data processing, management of inventory, filing and mailing preparations. Interns will engage directly with prospective CBU students and families by phone and share about the University and the CBU student experience. International Admissions aims to deliver personalized content for prospective students and a high level of customer service. This position will provide experience with Salesforce (our CRM software) to create, maintain and update prospective student records. Interns also support the entire International Center staff by assisting at the front desk, which serve as the face of the International Center. This role requires a high level of responsibility and professionalism.
Duties will include:
- Preparing acceptance boxes
- Entering transcripts
- Deliver prepared call campaigns to prospective students and families in relation to the International Admissions recruitment cycle
- Create new student records for prospective students and keep current records up to date with correct information
- Assist with the inventory of marketing materials and direct mailing for prospective students
- Correspond with students and families on behalf of the International Admissions team
- Assist counselors with travel preparations and various job responsibilities
- Offering Campus Tours for prospective students, families and school groups
- Providing great customer service while assisting an active Front Desk
- Participate in the mission of Admissions & the International Center, while gaining excellent experience as part of the International Admissions team
