Seating is assigned for all Commencement ceremonies. You will have the option to choose your own seats, up to 8 per Graduate, on a first come, first served basis. You must claim with the link by the deadline sent to you.
TICKET INFORMATION:

- Each graduate will be allowed up to 8 tickets for their assigned December 2024 Commencement, on a first come, first served basis.
- A link to claim tickets will be sent to your Lancer Mail on November 21.
- Graduates participating in the ceremony do not need a ticket.
- All children age 2 and older will require a ticket.
- All ceremonies will be LIVESTREAMED via www.calbaptist.edu.
- ****If you are inquiring about tickets for a future ceremony, please check back 2 months prior to your ceremony. For example, If you need tickets for Spring 2025, please check this site in February, 2025. Thank you!****

Frequently Asked Questions - TICKETS
After the ticket claim deadline, Ticketing and Commencement will check to see if there are extra tickets available for your ceremony. If there are extra tickets, an email will be sent out to the Graduates from the CBU Ticketing office, offering these extra tickets on a first come, first served basis. We do not sell extra tickets or have a waiting list. We highly encourage Graduates to ask friends and other students for their extra tickets.
There may be a very limited number of seats available at the Ticketing Office 1 hour prior to your Commencement ceremony (first come, first served).

- CBU management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically result in termination of this license.

In compliance with CBU policy, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, professional cameras, outside food or drink may not be brought into the premises. Some facilities may enforce additional restrictions to other items including, but not limited to noise makers, confetti, balloons, backpacks, umbrellas, baby strollers, signs, and banners. Please consult all venue regulations prior to attendance at the event. For further questions contact the CBU Box Office.

While accommodations on campus are fully ADA compliant, disability seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the accommodation request form below. - For the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Captioning will be available by QR Code, provided at the ceremony. American Sign
Language (ASL) may be requested by November 12 on the Attending Guests Only - Disabilities Accommodations Request Form. Otherwise captioning is available.
IMPORTANT:
- DO NOT claim tickets online with the link sent to your Lancer Mail if you need Disabilities/Accommodations for your guests.
- If you, the Graduate, need Disabilities/Accommodations, please fill out the form the Graduate Only - Disabilities/Accommodations Requests form.
- There will be disability parking areas designated for our guests with disability placards or license plates. Parking attendants will direct these guests to the appropriate areas.
