Frequently Asked Questions - TICKETS

Seating is assigned for all Commencement ceremonies. You will have the option to choose your own seats, up to 8 per Graduate, on a first come, first served basis. You must claim with your promo code by the deadline sent to you.

After the ticket claim deadline, ticketing and Commencement will check to see if there are extra tickets available for your ceremony. If there are extra tickets, an email will be sent out to the Graduates from the CBU Ticketing office, offering these extra tickets on a first come, first served basis. We do not sell extra tickets or have a waiting list. We highly encourage Graduates to ask friends and other students for their extra tickets.

There may be a very limited number of seats available at the Ticketing Office 1 hour prior to your Commencement ceremony (first come, first served).

No. Please ask the graduate to fill out the Attending Guests Only - Disabilities and Special Accommodations Request form. Be sure to enter a valid contact phone number and we will contact you to reserve your tickets in July and August. Please be specific regarding your seating needs. DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE USING YOUR PROMO CODE IF YOU ARE MAKING SPECIAL DISABILITIES REQUESTS FOR YOUR GUESTS. THE CBU TICKETING OFFICE WILL CALL THE NUMBER YOU PROVIDE ON THE FORM TO ASSIGN YOUR TICKETS.
