KIN495 Fnctnl Mvmnt for Sport Perfrmnce
Course focusing on proper body mechanics for physical activity and fitness programming. A review of relevant anatomy and pathology by joint with emphasis on proper body mechanics and various movement screening techniques to discern and correct improper mechanics.
