Merry & Bright (late November/early December) – Merry & Bright is CBU’s campuswide Christmas celebration. Students and faculty gather each year to officially kick off the Christmas season with a reading of the Christmas story, a tree lighting, lots of hot cocoa and Christmas music. Oh, and did we mention snow and sledding?
Yule (early December) — Yule is a longstanding CBU tradition that happens during the Christmas season. It’s an opportunity for students to get off campus and enjoy a unique event off campus as they prepare to celebrate the holidays. In the past, this event has been held at Universal Studios, Grand California Hotel at Disneyland, the Queen Mary, and the Riverside Convention Center with a performance by Johnnyswim.
Lancer Takeover (April) – The Lancer community and their families take over Castle Park amusement park for a night of rides, mini-golf, dinner, a DJ and more!
