Schedule a Group Visit

If you are interested in bringing a group from your school, AVID class, church or other organization to visit campus in person, we would love the opportunity to show you around CBU! To request to visit campus, please fill out the form below.

COVID-19 Update: Due to the current rise in cases and hospitalizations related to COVID-19 in Riverside County, CBU requires that everyone entering a CBU public building must wear a mask regardless of vaccination status unless socially distanced or actively eating or drinking. For more information on our response to COVID-19 please check here.

Group visits are available most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. with advanced confirmation. A group visit generally consists of a half-hour Admissions presentation and an hour-long tour led by a student tour guide.

High school and college groups may request to eat in the Alumni Dining Commons for lunch. Lunch requests must be approved before the time of  your visit. Group visitors are not allowed to eat at any of the other dining facilities on campus. All groups can also request to visit the Campus Store with prior approval. Please notify us in advance if your group is interested in dining on campus or visiting the campus store and we can assist in making arrangements.

We do our best to accommodate all group requests, however, no groups are allowed on campus without prior approval due to campus constraints. During busy seasons, priority is given to high school aged students. You can find additional information on this and other policies in our group visit guidelines.

Please allow our office 2 business days to respond to your submitted visit request (below). Contact Trixie Witham at bwitham@calbaptist.edu with any questions or special requests.

Please download and review our group visit guidelines form for more information.
