Degrees, Majors and Programs
The College of Health Science offers an array of associate's, bachelor's and master's degrees tailored to prepare students for in-demand careers within healthcare. Our curriculum integrates essential concepts such as patient-centered care, evidence-based practice and interprofessional collaboration to foster well-rounded healthcare professionals. Students gain hands-on experience ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in fields such as athletic training, public health and radiology.
Health science students will have the opportunity to engage in a rich educational experience based on the pillars of relationship and service. Field experience opportunities allow students to become involved in the clinical nature of the health professions, further strengthening the theoretical concepts of holistic care covered in the classroom. Equipping the Next Generation of Healthcare Professionals
The faculty and staff of the CBU College of Health Science commit to supporting CHS students and one another in the attainment of educational, spiritual and vocational goals consistent with a biblical worldview. Faculty and staff will steadfastly model the Christ-like behaviors of interactive teaching, servant leadership and inspired scholarship aimed at improving the human condition. CHS faculty, staff and students will be encouraged and equipped to make a significant and positive impact in health care locally and around the world.

The College of Health Science is located next to the main CBU campus on 3532 Monroe St. Spanning 9 acres, our campus includes offices, classrooms, laboratories and a restaurant to promote collaboration, encourage faculty and student interaction and enhance student learning.

CBU's kinesiology department has state-of-the-art equipment to measure oxygen levels, cardiac outcomes, muscle function, immune parameters and environmental extremes. In the exercise physiology lab, there is a treadmill big enough for 6 people to run at the same time.

Students learn on state-of-the-art radiology equipment compatible with the equipment used in the field. Labs used in the radiologic sciences program are licensed to conduct radiology exams and procedures.
