Recommended Requirements

  • Desktop computer/laptop/iPad
    • Mac - OS 10.12 or newer
    • PC – Windows 8 or newer
  • HD/HQ webcam
  • Choose one of the three audio options:
    • Telephone
    • Headset with microphone (for VoIP*)
    • Computer speakers and microphone (for VoIP)
  • Broadband/high speed internet (1.5mbps minimum/3mbps preferred)

Participant (Student)

  • Avoid using wireless (unless using iPad or mobile device)
  • If using VoIP audio option, use headset to avoid echo during session
  • Do not activate mic until ready to speak
  • Mute mic when not talking
  • If there are bandwidth issues, disable video

* VoIP = Voice-over Internet Protocol
