Make your move to CBU!
At Transfer Day, our goal is that every student who attends will leave with a better understanding of the CBU education, knowing which units transfer and how long it would take to graduate as a Lancer. This event is exclusively for transfer* students who are interested in the traditional undergraduate daytime program at CBU.
Registration will open on January 1st, 2025!
Transfer Day events are offered on two different dates each year — once in the fall and once in the spring as an on-campus experience.
We will only be evaluating U.S. transcripts at this event; unfortunately, we are unable to evaluate international transcripts during Transfer Day.
Guests are also welcome and encouraged to attend the event. Students can register a maximum of two guests for each event.
Transfer Day events have a registration fee of $10 for both students and guests.
If you encounter any difficulty while registering, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by email at admissionsvisits@calbaptist.edu or by phone at 951.343.4212.
*To be considered a transfer student, you must have completed 24 or more units from an accredited college or university and have graduated high school. Students who are in progress and intend to have 24 or more units at the time of transferring are also invited to attend Transfer Day.

Call for Transcripts
If you have not already done so, please email attachments of all your unofficial transcripts to areyes@calbaptist.edu. Without all of your transcripts, we will be unable to provide you the most comprehensive resources.
Please note that any students already accepted will not need to resend to us unless we have not received any transcripts that reflect newly completed coursework.
The deadline to submit transcripts is by 5:00 PM PT, 7 days before the scheduled event. This provides adequate time for our University Registrar and Academic Advising offices to prep for your visit to campus.
Email your transcripts now to areyes@calbaptist.edu.

We will still be able to evaluate the transcripts we do have (if any), but you will not receive a comprehensive evaluation. As a result, it may be challenging to determine how long it would take to graduate from CBU.
Nope! You will not need to resubmit them to us (unless new courses have posted). We'll be able to make an evaluation based off the transcripts you've already submitted during the application process. If you're unsure if you've submitted all of your transcripts to us, double check with your admissions counselor.
