To that end, we offer a series of opportunities for faculty and staff to engage in conversations about leadership, develop skills, and learn more about what leadership looks like in the academic environment here at California Baptist University.

Leadership Institute

In addition to training provided at the Teaching and Learning Center, the CBU community may be interested in learning more about leadership from the Dr. Paul & Annie Kienel Leadership Institute here at CBU. The Institute hosts seminars throughout the year bringing in expert speakers to share leadership theories, strategies, and ideas to further your personal, professional, or organizational goals.
