Consistent with the university student outcomes, upon completion of the Master of Science in Healthcare Simulation Leadership degree, graduates will be able to:

  1. Apply a biblical worldview to the moral and ethical questions inherent in simulation leadership.
  2. Apply innovation in areas of technology, design, and evaluation.
  3. Integrate principles of best practice simulation design within simulation-based learning activities.
  4. Initiate leadership strategies within a healthcare setting both clinical and or education based.
  5. Apply and analyze principles of quality and safety improvement within the context of simulation leadership.
  6. Combine principles of research design and evaluation within the context of simulation leadership as it relates to program quality improvement.
