Student Learning Outcomes
Consistent with the university student outcomes, upon completion of the Master of Science in Healthcare Simulation Leadership degree, graduates will be able to:
- Apply a biblical worldview to the moral and ethical questions inherent in simulation leadership.
- Apply innovation in areas of technology, design, and evaluation.
- Integrate principles of best practice simulation design within simulation-based learning activities.
- Initiate leadership strategies within a healthcare setting both clinical and or education based.
- Apply and analyze principles of quality and safety improvement within the context of simulation leadership.
- Combine principles of research design and evaluation within the context of simulation leadership as it relates to program quality improvement.
