Program Details
Consistent with the university student outcomes, upon completion of the Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree, graduates will be able to:
- Apply fundamental principles of leadership theory in an organizational setting.
- Evaluate and apply skills and strategies associated with personal leadership.
- Apply communication theories, strategies, and processes to a modern organizational structure.
- Evaluate ethical frameworks and develop principles and habits for Biblically based leadership practices.
- Evaluate the decision-making process to enhance the probability of implementing better decisions.
- Examine how leadership can define and think about culture.
- Apply fundamental concepts relating to group dynamics, group decision making, and interpersonal conflict and negotiations in an organizational setting.
- Analyze concepts related to employee engagement, small/global management of human resources, employment law features, and positive employee relations.
- Synthesize various concepts effecting organizational behavior and design including individual behavior, group behavior, processes, and change management.
- Explore and apply a logical framework approach to strategic project management.
LDR 310: Leadership Theory
The purpose of this course is to equip students with skills necessary for successful leadership in public, private and non-governmental organizations.
LDR 450: Culture and Leadership
This course examines organizational culture and leadership. Students will define and describe the structure of culture, examine what leaders need to know about macro cultures, analyze culture and leadership through stages of growth, and assess culture and leading planned change.
ORG 340: Conflict Resolution and Negotiation for Leaders
This course examines information about negotiation and conflict-resolution topics and provides concrete examples of strategies and tactics in action for leaders.

What resources do I need to complete my degree online?
To complete your online degree, you will need access to a computer, Wi-Fi and a word
