When a leader says yes, students grow, and so do you.

Watch the 2-minute ISP Leader Story:

Why lead a team?

You don't need to have everything figured out. What matters is being willing to guide, listen, and create space for students to encounter God in new ways.

As a team leader, you'll walk alongside students during an International Service Project (ISP), helping them grow in their faith, community, and purpose.

This opportunity invites you to lead from who you are while being open to how God may work in you!

What should I expect leading a team?

Leading an ISP Team is a rewarding experience. You'll get to come alongside students and experience things like:

  • Shared spiritual formation
  • Cross-cultural learning and service
  • Leadership and mentoring moments
  • Meaningful relationships with students
  • A clearer view of God's work around the globe
