Welcome to the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program at California Baptist University where developing leadership is our primary object. While obtaining a college education, cadets take ROTC classes from regular Army faculty, supplemented with activities such as rappelling, land navigation, sports programs and social activities. Taken together, the academic and military instruction equips cadets with the qualities that will give them a competitive edge in life and enhance their personal success.
ROTC graduates are leaders, thinkers and decision makers. The practical experience they gain by leading people and managing money and equipment places them ahead of other college graduates competing for jobs that lead to top management positions.
If you have the foundational traits of being a scholar, athlete and leader, then our leadership development program might be just what you are looking for to not only enhance your college experience but also give you that competitive edge in life. Come by and talk to us about the many benefits of Army ROTC.
The ROTC office is located in Lancer Arms North Apartments/Offices #37.
