Alumni Dining Commons
The Alumni Dining Commons (ADC) is located in the center of campus and is the main residential restaurant. We offer completely composed plates, put together with detail and care, reminiscent of your favorite restaurant. Our dedicated culinary team diligently designs menus featuring fresh, delicious, and nutritious dishes, which are thoughtfully served in tapas-style plates for both safety and enhanced dining experiences.
Organized into six unique stations: Chef’s Spotlight, Off The Grill, Hand Crafted, Italian Kitchen/Global Bowls, Urban Oven and our newest entry California Fresh. Each station features a distinctive menu that rotates daily. We have taken extra care to ensure the menu is inclusive, providing complete meals regardless of most dietary restrictions including: no-gluten-added, vegetarian, and dairy-free.
