The undergraduate and graduate curriculum committees will meet on the following dates:

Important Information

*Traditional new programs (majors, minors, and certificates) for the 2024-2025 catalog should be submitted by the October deadline. New programs with rolling admission sessions/cohorts can be considered outside this established timeframe. New programs must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Trustees and WSCUC.

 

*Program deletions need to be reviewed by the October deadline for marketing and admissions purposes.

 

**February/March is the final meeting for all other submissions into the 2025-26 catalog

(submissions must be received before January deadlines)

 

Please note, that the proposal approval processes are closed from March to June to prepare the new approval processes for the upcoming academic year’s catalog. Proposal submissions will not be accepted during this timeframe.
