Allergies and Special Diet Needs?
As science increases the ability to diagnose allergies, and the number of students, faculty and staff with food allergies and food intolerances increases, we continue to work on providing safe food options for individuals with special diet needs.
We encourage anyone with food allergies to notify the Campus Life Office at firstname.lastname@example.org and Dining Office at email@example.com to receive assistance in navigating through the many food options available.
Whether you have an allergy or an intolerance, we are here to help you get the nutrition that you need in any one of our dining locations. We strongly believe in the importance of fellowship especially at meal time. Our goal is to make that as seamless as possible for you. For special dietary needs or questions, contact Kipp Dougherty at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Special Diet Options in the ADC
We are proud to provide many special diet options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten intolerants, lactose intolerants and those with other special diets.
Check out the gluten-free and vegetarian board in the ADC Severy that lists all of the items for that meal period.
There is a gluten-free bread and cereal station with a dedicated toaster available for all meal periods.
Have a sweet tooth? Ask one of the managers for a gluten-free cookie. We store them separately to avoid contact with gluten.
Special Diet Options in Brisco's Café
There are several options for special diet menus in Brisco's.
We offer gluten-free bread, gluten-free tortillas and dairy-free bread for the made-to-order sandwich station. Gluten-free items, vegetarian items and dairy-free items on our hot menu are listed at each meal. There are also gluten-free, vegetarian and dairy-free items available in the Grab 'n' Go coolers. Check the daily chalkboard for special diet menu items. Feel free to ask any of the Brisco's managers for assistance.
