Alumni Dining Commons


The Alumni Dining Commons (ADC) is located in the center of campus and is the main residential restaurant. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have had to move away from our tapas-style, all-you-care-to-eat menu. We are now offering completely composed plates, put together with detail and care, reminiscent of your favorite restaurant. Our culinary team works tirelessly to design menus that are fresh, delicious, nutritious and served in single-use containers for extra safety.

Organized into six unique stations: Chef’s Spotlight, Off The Grill, Hand Crafted, Italian Kitchen, Urban Oven and our newest entry California Fresh. Each station features a distinctive menu that rotates daily. We have taken extra care to ensure the menu is inclusive, providing complete meals regardless of most dietary restrictions including: no-gluten-added, vegetarian, and dairy-free. 

We invite you to experience this new version of our ADC. Although changes have been made to decrease touch points and provide additional precautions against COVID-19 , rest assured that the same delicious, fresh food you have come to expect from us, will be waiting for you.
