You are here because you have been accepted to a graduate program at California Baptist University. Thank you for your consideration, we hope you will spend your next season in life as a college student here with us.

Follow the next steps below so we can get you started on time.

For traditional*/on-campus programs, you will need to log in to our student portal, InsideCBU, to submit your Tuition and Fee Agreement before registration. Click on the Student Accounts tab, then select “Tuition and Fee/Financial Aid Agreement” from the left-side menu. Log in using your CBU credentials to complete the agreement and other required documents. For asynchronous online programs, your Tuition and Fee Agreement will be available with your registration programs.

*These online programs follow the “traditional” registration process: MBA+, PhD, Social Work (online and on campus), MSN, DNP, DSW, Worship Arts and Counseling Ministry.

For traditional/on-campus programs, your Student Success Coach will provide details on program format, registration and prerequisites. For asynchronous online programs, your Admissions Counselor will offer information on program format and registration.

All graduate students are required to complete the FAFSA in order to receive federal or state financial aid. CBU’s school code is 001125. Financial aid is awarded within 2-weeks of course registration.

Graduate Student Online Orientation has been designed as a resource for you to become familiar with campus, next steps and expectations for graduate students. You can view online orientation by going to onlineorientation.calbaptist.edu and logging in with your InsideCBU credentials

To obtain a CBU Card, submit a photo online after completing class registration. You’ll receive an email detailing photo requirements and submission instructions. The system with notify you of acceptance or if another photo is needed. Collect your card from University Card Services in Lancer Plaza, Suite 140, with a form of ID.

Please submit your vehicle(s) information to the Safety Services Office in order to legally park on campus during the academic year. You can do this through InsideCBU under the Safety Services tab. There is no cost for a parking permit.
