Complete the next steps below to ensure you're prepared for a successful start to your program.

Traditional, On-Campus Programs

Your Student Success Coach from the Office of Academic Advising will provide details on course registration, program format and any required prerequisites. To find your Student Success Coach, click here.

Asynchronous, Online Programs

All graduate students are required to complete the FAFSA in order to receive federal or state financial aid. CBU’s school code is 001125. Financial aid is awarded within 2-weeks of course registration.

The Graduate Student Online Orientation has been designed as a resource for you to become familiar with campus, next steps and expectations for graduate students. You can complete online orientation by going to onlineorientation.calbaptist.edu and logging in with your LancerNet credentials.

If you need help accessing the online orientation portal, please contact the ITS Help Desk by calling 951.343.4444 or by emailing helpdesk@calbaptist.edu.

After you register for courses, you will receive an email from University Card Services with information regarding the process of how to obtain a CBU ID card. You will also be notified when your ID card is ready for pickup. The University Card Services Office is located in Lancer Plaza, Suite 140. Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your card.

To park on campus during the academic year, you must register your vehicle(s) with the Safety Services Office. You can do this by clicking here to log in to LancerLink and follow the prompts on the Parking Permit page to submit your vehicle information and obtain your parking permit.
