Work and Family Lab
The Work and Family Lab focuses on the interface between work and family. We seek to understand the role of work and family conflict on burnout. Research has focused on differentiation of self as a crucial aspect of religious coping, and its role in preventing burnout. This lab is also investigating the spiritual connections between differentiation and burnout.
