- Application for admission with a $45 application fee
- Official transcript from an accredited college or university reflecting the completion of a master's degree.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on last 60/90 units. Additional opportunities may be available for a student to overcome an unsatisfactory GPA.
- Write a professional essay addressing the following:
- What is your reason for why you are pursuing a doctorate degree?
- Why do you want a DPA as opposed to another type of doctorate?
- How will you doctorate help you achieve your long term goals?
- Why are you a good candidate for the CBU DPA program?
- What makes you a good fit for CBU?
- Additional requirements may be requested.
CBU MPA/DPA Alumni Bridge Program
CBU MPA graduates are eligible to enter the DPA program and waive 16 units of the DPA curriculum. DPA 701, DPA 710, DPA 720, and DPA 725 are waived in the DPA curriculum for a total of 44 units of required coursework as opposed to 60 units for non CBU MPA graduates.
