This course provides an in-depth application of psychological concepts to sport and performance. Emphasis is placed on issues of motivation, emotion, associative learning, imagery, spirituality and arousal regulation in regards to their influence on athletic performance and goal achievement. Included in this will be a discussion of the methodologies used to examine sport and performance psychology.
