Can I work while enrolled in the program? 
It is highly recommended for students not to work and to instead prioritize their studies as this is a rigorous fast-paced program. 

Does a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences prepare me for the MCAT? 
The program allows students to spend time studying for the MCAT and preparing MCAT applications as part of the 6 flexible units. However, it is not a formal MCAT study prep like those offered by Kaplan or Princeton Review. 

When do classes meet? 
The biomedical sciences program is designed to meet Monday–Thursday for classes and labs. 

How long does the admissions process take? 
Once the application is submitted and the virtual interview is completed, applicants will typically be notified of a decision within seven business days. 

Are there opportunities to do research during the program? 
Yes, you may conduct research with one of our faculty members as part of the 6 flexible units. 

When does the program start?
The program typically starts in September after Labor Day weekend.
