Disabilities and Special Accommodations
As a guest, if you need special accommodations, please ask your graduate to make this request on the Attending Guests Only - Disabilities/Accommodations Request Form so that we may better assist you at Commencement.
This includes:
- Guests Needing Assistance or Accessible Seating
While accommodations on campus are fully ADA compliant, disability seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. - Deaf or Hard of Hearing Closed Captioning will be available by QR Code. Sign Language Interpreting (ASL) is only available by request and must be requested by filling out the Attending Guests Only - Disabilities/Accommodations Request Form before November 12 so that we can arrange to accommodate this request.
- Parking There will be disability parking areas designated for our guests with disability placards or license plates. Parking attendants will direct these guests to the appropriate areas.
