Important Information

*Traditional new programs (majors, minors, and certificates) for the 2026-2027 catalog should be submitted by the September deadline. New programs with rolling admission sessions/cohorts can be considered outside this established timeframe. New programs must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Trustees and WSCUC.

 

*Program deletions need to be reviewed by the September deadline for marketing and admissions purposes.

 

**February/March is the final meeting for all other submissions into the 2026-27 catalog

(submissions must be received before November/December deadlines)

 

Please note, that the proposal approval processes are closed from March to June to prepare the new approval processes for the upcoming academic year’s catalog.
