Important Information

*Traditional new programs (majors, minors, and certificates) for the 2027-2028 catalog should be submitted by the August/September deadline. New programs with rolling admission sessions/cohorts can be considered outside this established timeframe. New programs must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Trustees and WSCUC.

 

*Program deletions need to be reviewed by the August/September deadline for marketing and admissions purposes.

 

**February is the final meeting for all other submissions into the 2027-28 catalog

(submissions must be received before November deadlines)

 

Please note, that the proposal approval processes are closed from March to June to prepare the new approval processes for the upcoming academic year’s catalog.
