The University Tutoring Center (UTC) empowers students through innorvative and collaboration learning to become independent thinkers, improve academic performance, and facilitate paths to commencement.
Services
Tutoring
Students can connect one-on-one with tutors for personalized support or join a group tutoring session. Students in science courses can get hands-on help through lab tutoring and study groups. Walk-in tutoring is also available to students in the Study Space.
Study Space
The OSS Study Space, located in Lancer Arms, is a co-learning offering group study rooms with TVs and whiteboards, private study rooms, and study resources (anatomical models, TEAS test prep, and exam study materials).
Peer Mentoring
Peer Mentors are students trained to provide guidance on navigating college life, developing academic habits, and accessing campus resources.

The OSS offers several courses to equip students with the tools that they need to be successful in their academics at California Baptist University:
