Faculty interested in conducting and producing scholarly work should become familiar with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) handbook and expectations found in InsideCBU. Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI)
Any faculty planning to conduct research on human subjects should complete the appropriate CITI certification training prior to beginning any research practice. CITI certification is offered at no cost to faculty and can be found by clicking this link: CITI certification
Follow the directions found on the link above to access CITI certification courses. Once in, you will see several modules that you can take. Feel free to take as many as you are interested in to further your skills and knowledge. Most faculty will need to complete the module titled: Social-Behavioral-Educational Researchers
