Course Description: Do you plan to deliver courses online in your program? This course (required for programs that are taking their courses online) helps you demonstrate your proficiency in aligning course outcomes with module objectives, learning activities, assessments, rubrics, and instructional materials. It's a 14 week course with 7 modules, following the major standards in Quality Matters. After successful completion of the course, you'll have a high quality course developed in Blackboard, for online delivery, and you'll have an approved Course Design Worksheet for your course.

Course Name: Online Teaching and Learning - Fall 2021
Course Description: This is an ongoing, semester-long training that provides faculty with the tools necessary to teach already-built online courses. Faculty who complete the course and all of the competencies for the course will receive a certificate for online instruction. Faculty will need to stay on pace by completing a module (about two hours each) every week or two weeks to stay on track with the training.

Course Description: David Smith and James Smith wrote this compelling novel about how we engage with our faith to reshape the learning process. This book study consists of three meetings: the initial meeting to get the book (1/14/22), a mid-point conversation (1/28/22), and an ending conversation about using this new knowledge to inform our work (2/18/22). each meeting will be an hour (1:15pm - 2:15pm) or less to accommodate your teaching schedule.
