Passports are required for international travel.  All applicants must scan and e-mail the photo page of their passport to or you may bring your passport to the Mobilization Office, and we will scan it for you.  Passport scan must be in color.

*Note: If your passport expires before December 2017 (within 6 months of your departure date), you will need to apply for a renewal by December 31, 2016.

Applying for a Passport - Go the US State Department's website. (This link will take you to the Passport Application page.) This process takes 4-6 weeks from the time you mail your passport application, until you actually receive your passport. DO NOT delay; start the process now!  If you have not submitted your passport application by the end of the year, your ISP participation will undergo further review.

Passport Renewal - Go to the US State Department's website. This link will take you to the Passport Renewal page.

Passport Pictures – Participants can take passport pictures in the Office of Spiritual Life.  Please call 951-343-5015 to schedule an appointment. Passport photo fee: $10 for ISP/SOS participants; $15 for all others.  Cash payments only.

A color copy of your passport MUST be on file with Mobilization by Monday, February 3, 2017 or participation may be terminated.
