Michael Beaudoin currently invests in private equities, including providing venture capital, to rapidly growing early stage companies for Mark IV Capital, located in Newport Beach, CA. Prior to joining Mark IV Capital, Michael took part in AT&T’s Leadership Development Program where he created and operated AT&T’s Aspire Accelerator. Michael began his career in investment and commercial banking at Bank One and Merrill Lynch; then went on to serve as a vice president at both JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche Bank where he led teams focused on wealth management.

Marni is a local realtor and has been selling homes since 1990. Her client-focused service has fueled her success, working mainly by referral. She has a heart for mentoring and is a co-founder of the CBU Titus Mentorship Program which began in 2015. In this program, students are paired with a mentor in the community who comes alongside them to help them learn, grow and make valuable connections that can help them in their career.

Steve is a senior project manager in the City of Riverside’s Economic Development Department and focuses on growing Riverside’s technology and startup ecosystem. He is a board member for Riverside’s technology incubator called Riverside ExCITE; and is the executive director for SmartRiverside, a 501c3 coalition of partners, whose mission is to develop innovative technology programs and initiatives that benefit Riverside residents and businesses. Prior to the role with the City of Riverside, Steve was founder of online wholesale company which he sold in 2008.

On behalf of United Way as its president and CEO, Lisa unites people, ideas and resources to improve the quality of life with and in our local Western Riverside County community. She attained a bachelor's degree in business and accounting from the University of Arizona, a Master of Divinity from the Claremont School of Theology and is completing a PhD in Religion and Ethics from Claremont School of Theology. In addition to being an ordained deacon with the United Methodist Church, she serves on local and regional boards and committees that further her interest in building a community where all can thrive.

Al Zelinka is the city manager of Riverside, the City of Arts & Innovation. Al’s professional goal is to make a difference in communities, and this aspiration drives his work on behalf of Riverside’s elected leaders, residents, businesses and staff. His public service roles during the past decade include: assistant city manager, community development director for the City of Riverside and community development director and planning manager for the City of Fullerton. As Riverside’s city manager, Al believes that the community and region’s best days are ahead and that anything can be achieved through positive mindsets and commitments to healthy partnerships.
