College Park
The College Park apartments offer a unique residential experience for transfer and continuing residential students (freshmen are not eligible). College Park apartments are conveniently located adjacent to the campus and are near the College of Nursing and CAVAD buildings. The gated complex features 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments situated around an outdoor community courtyard complete with BBQs and a community gathering area.
Each apartment is fully furnished and accommodates 4 residents. College Park residents will have many opportunities to get to know their neighbors through quality living area events and programs each semester.
Amenities
College Park is made up of 2-bedroom apartments that also include a kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. Each apartment comes furnished with an extra-long twin bed, desk, desk chair and dresser for each student, as well as a dining table and chairs, sofa, coffee table, lamps, sofa chair and an end table for the apartment. Other amenities include:
