RIVERSIDE (Oct. 24, 2013)—The University Choir and Orchestra of California Baptist University performed during the 2013 California Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting in El Cajon on Tuesday, Oct. 22. Messengers gave a standing ovation as the 160-member UCO concluded an evening concert at Shadow Mountain Community Church.

The UCO is one of six large groups, as well as several small groups, in the Collinsworth School of Music that perform concerts for area groups and for wider audiences on tour. The UCO schedules about 50 concerts per year.
