As an educator and academic leader, Dr. Michael Osadchuk wants all students to know that college success is more than avoiding failure. Dr. Osadchuk’s career has been focused on college-level learning and student development. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy, an M.A. in Theology, and an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Administration. Dr. Osadchuk has presented his research and program developments at national conferences on student success, tutoring, pedagogy, and faith in the academy. Under Dr. Osadchuk’s oversight, the University Tutoring Center continues to grow by fostering community, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a near-sightedness to imbue student development with the virtues of the liberal arts.
