Global Community
The CBU Global Community is a network of students, faculty, alumni, and partners dedicated to advancing global engagement through education, collaboration, and cultural exchange. By bringing together diverse perspectives and experiences, the Global Community promotes global awareness, strengthens cross-cultural understanding, and prepares individuals to serve effectively in an interconnected world. Through partnerships and innovative learning opportunities, CBU is cultivating globally minded leaders who are equipped to address emerging challenges and make a meaningful impact across cultures and communities.
Study Abroad – An exchange of students from each partner institution for institutional credit.
Visiting Scholar Program – Upon application, CBU can accommodate Visiting Scholars to study and research alongside CBU professors in various academic fields.
Specialty Degree Programs – 2+2, 3+1, 3+2 type degree programs where a student completes some coursework at one university and transfers over to CBU to complete their degree and potentially move into one of our graduate programs.
TAP – Each year, students graduate from CBU with the desire to go overseas and teach, let us know if you are interested in receiving our students as teachers.
Short Term Summer Programs – CBU hosts students on campus or in homestays and will learn about American culture, improve English, build friendships with other students and professors, and explore exciting destinations in California!
Exchange Programs – Students come to CBU for up to one year and transfer course credit back to their home institution, available in multiple academic disciplines.
