Kiara H

Kiara Hernandez earned her B.S. in Behavioral Science with a minor in criminal justice and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology at California Baptist University. She has experience working with youth and adult individuals who struggle with identity, stress, anxiety, trauma, and depression. She is passionate about providing keen insight to clients and strives to deepen understanding, truth, grace, and hope. Providing a safe space where clients feel they can be their most authentic selves is vital to Kiara, as it is essential to healing. In her free time, Kiara attends spin classes and enjoys them like they are M&Ms. Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 6:28-30 "And why are you worried about clothes? See how the lilies and wildflowers of the field grow; they do not labor nor do they spin, yet I say to you that not even Solomon, in all his glory and splendor, dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive and green today and tomorrow is [cut and] thrown [as fuel] into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith!"
