University Place
The University Place (UP) apartments are a favorite among upperclassmen residents.
This coed living area (designated as UP Men and UP Women) is home to approximately
400 transfer and continuing residential students (freshmen are not eligible). UP is
made up of a variety of apartment styles from one-person studio apartments (in UP
Men) to four-person townhomes. Whether you're studying in your apartment or hanging
out around the BBQ with your neighbors, as a resident of UP you'll be part of a great
community full of opportunities to get involved on campus.
Each room comes furnished with an extra-long twin bed, desk, desk chair and dresser
for each student. Shared apartments include a couch, sofa chair, coffee table, end
table, kitchen table and chairs, if you are in a male studio apartment, furniture
may vary. Other amenities include:
- Charter digital cable in the living room
- Wireless internet
- Air conditioning and heating
- A kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven and sink
- Outdoor BBQ area with seating
- Centrally located laundry room
- Card swipe access control on rooms and parking lots
