The Cottages
You'll love living in The Cottages. Here you can keep that vibrant, active lifestyle
of the dorms while adding the comfort of a kitchen and additional bathrooms. If you
walk down the sidewalks at night, you'll see many activities taking place on and around
the Cottage front porches. Positioned around a large grass courtyard, The Cottages
were built with intentional community in mind.
Housing approximately 200 residents, this coed (by building) living area provides
residents with an opportunity to live and study under one roof with up to 9 other
students. With 2 to 3 residents per room, each Cottage has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,
a kitchen/common area, and a laundry room.
Each Cottage is designed with a welcoming front porch that serves as a hub for community
activity in the living area. Each room comes furnished with an extra-long twin bed,
desk, desk chair and dresser for each student. The Cottage also has a kitchen table
and chairs, couch, sofa chairs and an end table. Other amenities include:

- A kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven and sink
- Card swipe access control on exterior doors and a key for your individual room
