CBU Connect is a single day event that is programmed to give new students the opportunity to connect with our offices, campus, and each other. Take advantage of our concierge service to get any remaining questions answered and enjoy lunch with fellow incoming students as well as current students.

New Lancer Launch: We understand that starting college can feel overwhelming, but we're here to help every new Lancer transition smoothly into life at CBU. You are encouraged to complete the 'New Lancer Launch' online orientation to get an overview of CBU and learn the essential next steps to prepare for your first semester!

You're invited to join us on campus to experience life at CBU, connect with other new students, and design a custom CBU t-shirt. You'll hear from current students who have recently navigated the change to CBU to help you feel prepared to start your journey.

This event is a great way to build friendships, get familiar with campus before the semester begins, and highly encouraged for students in the Southern California region.

There will be three opportunities (*dates listed above) to attend CBU Connect this summer and experience life as a Lancer. CBU Connect comes at NO additional cost.

Complete any outstanding business or get any remaining questions answered prior to starting classes this Fall. ID Card Station - Fowler Events Center Come ready to take your CBU ID photo! Continental Breakfast - Fowler Events Center Patio Grab some coffee and a pastry and meet our Community Life, Spiritual Life, and Parent Association staff and student leaders.
9:30am–11:30am	Optional Programming Rec Center Orientation - Recreation Center Check out your CBU Recreation Center and sign your student waiver to access the Rec Center this summer! Living Area Open House Check out your future living space and start planning for the fall! Campus Tours Take a tour of our beautiful campus! Commuter Lounge Open House - Cottage #1 Welcome New Commuter Students to your homebase on campus! Campus Store - Lancer Plaza If you’re looking for CBU gear…this is the spot for you! All University Offices Open
11:30am–1:30pm	Student Connect & Lunch - Recreation Center Connect with other new Lancers and learn the ins and outs of what you can expect as an incoming student. Enjoy lunch together, create a custom CBU shirt, and make a new friend. Parent Connect & Lunch - Alumni Dining Commons Parents come ask your questions and learn what it means to be a CBU Parent and how you can support your Lancer!
