Microfilm Article Request Form

Submit the following form to request retrieval of microfilm from storage. Requests will usually be fulfilled in one business day.

Once the microfilm is ready for use, you will receive an e-mail notification. Microfilm can be retrieved from the library front desk for in-library use only. A microfilm reader is available for viewing, scanning or printing articles from the microfilm.
