Graduate students sometimes enter California Baptist University with generous assistance in hand through scholarships and grants. Scholarships are usually awarded based on academic, athletic or creative merit, while grants tend to be awarded based on financial need. See the full list of aid options below along with qualifications on who can receive them.

If you have received Cal Grant as an undergraduate student within the past 15 months, you may qualify for the Cal Grant Teaching Credential Program. To see if you qualify, please submit the Cal Grant G-44 form

California Baptist University and many organizations have partnered to provide employees the opportunity to further their educational goals. View the full list of preferred partners and learn more.

The Lancer Loyalty Graduate School Grant is available to CBU alumni who want to advance their education as a graduate student at CBU. This grant ranges from $500 to $3,000 and is awarded based on academic merit, financial need and the graduate program you select.

Private scholarships are those offered from organizations, foundations or companies, usually not affiliated with a university. Graduate students are encouraged to search and apply for scholarships offered by organizations and businesses. Check out CBU’s private scholarships page for more information.
